Making music in the community
Music for health and wellbeing in the East Midlands
Thanks to generous support from Nottinghamshire County Council, Arts Council England, the UK Government, Derbyshire Mind, and Derbyshire County Council, we are able to offer free fortnightly music-making sessions in the community. These sessions aim to enhance health and wellbeing and boost mental health. No musical ability is required—these fun and interactive sessions are designed to boost your mood, reduce stress, learn new skills, meet new people, connect with others, and gain confidence.
